I Want Knees

Forever I have struggled with my weight I gain 30lbs, lose 20, gain 10, lose 15 etc. I've been very sucessful at losing weight but then I get tired of eatting right and spending time excersising every day so I stop... well I'm back on the excersise/eatting good wagon again! I've been back on for 4 days and I already notice a huge difference in my mood and my energy. So ready here's my goal: Lose 30 lbs by Aug 26. I'm hoping that posting this on my blog will help me be more motivated. So here's my accountability plan every Thursday I will weigh in and I'll let you know how I'm doing.... if I'm not working thursday the update might be a little late but it will come!
