Lessons Learned

I went camping for a couple days and I learned lots! Here are a few things I learned!

LESSON #1 Remember to bring all pices of your tent!

We forgot the pole and the tarp that goes over the top and this is what happened:

LESSON #2 when you cook over a fire make sure your fire is hot

if not it can take 1 1/2 hours to be ready to head

Lesson #3 even when they say the pigs are nice STAY OUT OF THE PIC PEN

The pigs wouldn't leave kaila alone!

AHHH... I'm a parent!

My parents officially leave tomorrow to meet my new brother in Bulgaria! This means Heather and I are now in charge of the kids for just over a week. It should be an exciting week! We're hoping to bring the kids out to do some exciting things... we're going to go on a few small hikes (or walks in the wilderness... depends who you're asking), and maybe to the wave pool... but really who are we kidding? If we all make it through the week and the house is still in one piece when we get home we'll be doing well! I guess I better be going now... I need to get to bed soon as 6:45 comes early...
